New Delhi: Realty player Puravankara Ltd’s consolidated net profit dropped 40 percent to Rs 16.10 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal as compared to a net profit of Rs 27.18 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company declined about 6 percent to Rs 528.11 crore in the third quarter of current fiscal as compared to Rs 564.66 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The revenue from operations declined to Rs 516.99 crore the third quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 545.19 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
