New Delhi: Real estate firm MultiLiving has raised about Rs 44 crore from Lodha Ventures, the investment arm of real estate player Lodha Group.
Abhinandan Lodha of Lodha Ventures will join the board of MultiLiving, the company said in a statement.
MultiLiving currently operates in Mumbai, that too in limited number of localities like Powai, Lower Parel, Vikhroli, BKC and Kanjurmarg.
The company was established by Pankaj Singh in 2019. It curates flats the homeowners, does required renovation and modifications and then offers the flats with a number of built-in services to the tenants.
