New Delhi: Reliance Infrastructure’s net profit jumped 22 percent at Rs 280.35 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal as against Rs 231.55 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
The total income of the company, however, declined almost 10 percent to Rs 6,357.97 crore, as compared to Rs 7,182.76 crore in same quarter of the previous fiscal, it said in regulatory filing.
The total expenses of the company increased to Rs 5,835.40 crore during the quarter as compared to Rs 5,760.16 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
Road segments of the business contributed Rs 284 crore to the total revenues in the second quarter of the current fiscal.
Revenues from Mumbai Metro One grew by 10 percent to Rs 92 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal as compared to the same period of the last financial year.
