New Delhi: Residential property prices in the top seven cities have largely remained the same in the third quarter (Q3) of the current calendar year as compared to the same period of 2018 with Kolkata even recording lowering of prices, according to ANAROCK Property Consultants.
The average price of housing property in Kolkata went down to Rs 4,375 per sq ft in Q3 of 2019 from Rs 4,405 per sq ft in Q3 of 2018, translating into a reduction of one percent.
The average price of residential property in Delhi NCR went up to Rs 4,565 per sq ft in Q3 of 2019 from Rs 4,550 per sq ft in Q3 of 2018, translating into an increase of one percent.
The average price of housing property in Mumbai MetroPolitan Region went up to Rs 10,610 per sq ft in Q3 of 2019 from Rs 10,514 per sq ft in Q3 of 2018, translating into an increase of one percent.
The average price of residential property in Bengaluru went up to Rs 4,960 per sq ft in Q3 of 2019 from Rs 4,900 per sq ft in Q3 of 2018, translating into an increase of one percent.
The average price of housing property in Hyderabad went up to Rs 4,187 per sq ft in Q3 of 2019 from Rs 4,130 per sq ft in Q3 of 2018, translating into an increase of one percent.
The average price of residential property in Pune remained the same at Rs 5,494 per sq ft.
The average price of residential property in Chennai remained the same at Rs 4,935 per sq ft.
