Royal Orchid Hotels said it has signed a new property under the Regenta brand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow making it the company’s second property in the city and sixth in Uttar Pradesh.
The hotel IM Imperial Avenue is scheduled to open in January 2026, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Under a lease from Lucknow-based developer REPL, IM Imperial Avenue is located near the renowned Phoenix Palassio Mall.
The hotel will feature 190 rooms and a range of facilities, including a spacious banquet hall, conference hall, fine-dining restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, spa, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Guests will also have access to a terrace area and a sprawling 19,000 sq. ft. banquet space.
