New Delhi: A residential project in Greater Noida by the name of ‘Sampada Livia’ has been deregistered by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) and the developer PSA Impex has been added in the defaulters’ list of the authority.
Sampada Livia, was to be developed in Sector Chi 5 of Greater Noida as a 750-apartment project. A photograph of the promoter of PSA Impex has to be uploaded on the website of the authority, according to the orders passed by UP-RERA recently.
The move comes after a series of complaints by the homebuyers to the authority.
UP-RERA has issued a notice to the developer earlier this year asking it to refund the money taken from home buyers but did not receive any response from the company.
Interestingly, the project was initially sold to buyers under ‘Kendriya Awas Yojna’ meant for government employees, alleged the home buyers in their complaint.
Brijesh Sharma, Pradeep Sharma, Deepak Sharma and Harish Kumar are directors in the company.
