New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has obtained occupancy certificate for its housing project Andour Heights located in Sector 71, Gurugram.
With Andour Heights, Signature Global is ready to deliver its third housing project under Haryana Affordable Housing policy. The other two are Signature Solera and Signature Synera, the company said in a statement.
“This year we would be delivering this project. For timely delivery of our projects we are using mass housing technology- Aluminium Form work for a fast- paced quality construction,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global.
Andour Heights has 1 and 2 BHK options.
Signature Global has launched 19 affordable housing projects in the last five years. It has also launched a mall in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
