New Delhi: Real Estate firm Signature Global plans to invest Rs 175 crore in an affordable residential project ‘Signature Orchard Avenue’ in Gurugram, it said in a statement.
The project will be spread over 5 acres and will have 680 units of 2BHK configuration and 40 units of 3BHK setup in the price range of Rs Rs 21.96-26.15 lakh. The project is expected to be completed in the next four years.
“Our projects are oversubscribed living up to our promise of ‘Har Parivar Ek Ghar’, we aim to achieve the target of 20000 homes by 2020. And by 2022, we are committed to make a significant contribution to PM Modi’s flagship mission of ‘Housing for All’ by constructing and delivering one lakh homes,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, Signature Global India Pvt. Ltd.
This is the 13th affordable project of the company in Haryana and 15th overall.
