New Delhi: Realty player Signature Global will invest Rs 375 crore for development of an affordable housing project in Gurugram. The project ‘Signature Global Proxima I and II’ will have a total of 1,410 houses.
Prices of the property will range from Rs 22-26 lakh. The project will be developed under the Haryana government’s affordable housing policy, the company said in a statement.
“The construction of the project has already been stated,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global.
The company plans to launch about 9,000 units under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy in Gurugram and an equal number of homes under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna. It also plans to start 2,000 homes in Ghaziabad under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna.
