New Delhi: Realty player Signature Sattva Infratech plans to invest Rs 500 crore to develop a housing project in Alwar, Rajasthan over the next four years. The project will be company’s first project in Alwar. It will be developed under the state government’s affordable housing policy.
The company has acquired 27acres of land in Alwar to develop 4,500 apartments that will be constructed in the two phases, according to a statement.
Of 4,500 flats, 1,600 flats would be reserved for economically weaker section (EWS) and will be allotted by the state government through a draw.
The price for flats reserved for EWS category will be Rs 7-10 lakh. The rest of the apartments would be sold by the company at market price.
Under the first phase, the company plans to sell apartments in the price range of Rs 14-20 lakh.
