Six Out of Top 10 Listed Realty Firms See Dip In Revenues For Q3

New Delhi: As many as six of the top 10 listed real estate developers in the country saw decline in total income for the third quarter (Q3) of the ongoing fiscal.

The total income of Mahindra Lifespace Developers and DLF Ltd declined by 38 percent and 36 percent respectively in Q3 of current fiscal compared to the same period of the previous fiscal.  

Mahindra Lifespace Developers cloaked total income of Rs 85 crore in Q3 of the ongoing fiscal as against Rs 137.37 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal. 

The total income of DLF Ltd stood at Rs 1,533.34 crore during Q3 of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 2,405.89 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year.

Omaxe Ltd’s total income declined 26 percent to Rs 185.68 crore during Q3 of the ongoing financial year as compared to Rs 249.65 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. 

Brigade’s total income dropped by 19 percent to Rs 568.63 crore during Q3 of the current financial year as against Rs 697.98 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. 

Puravanaka Ltd’s total income dropped around 6 percent to Rs 528.11 crore in Q3 of the current financial year as compared to Rs 564.66 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year.  

Oberoi Realty’s total income declined by about 2 percent Rs 536.53 in Q3 of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 548.79 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year.

Godrej Properties and Sobha Ltd saw their total income increase by 12 percent each. The total income of Godrej Properties jumped to Rs 383 crore in Q3 of the current financial year compared to Rs 340.1 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal.

Sobha Ltd’s total income jumped to Rs 901.2 crore for Q3 of the current financial year compared to Rs 807.7 crore in Q3 of previous fiscal. 

Kolte Patil’s total income zoomed 76 percent to Rs 134.41 in Q3 of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 76.57 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal. 

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd’s total income went up more than two fold at Rs 2,696.3 crore for Q3 of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 1,079 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal.
