Sunteck Realty Sells 1,600 Flats Worth Rs 600 Cr In MaxxWorld

New Delhi: Realty player Sunteck Realty Ltd has sold 1,600 apartments worth Rs 600 crore in about two weeks in the second phase of its project ‘MaxXWorld”.

Sunteck MaxXWorld accounts for about 15 acres of land out of the total 150 acres in one of the largest townships in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The mixed-use township has a mix of luxury residences, entertainment and retail. 

The retail portion of the project will have high street retail, luxury mall, entertainment zones, multiplex, fine dining restaurants and food courts, the company said in a statement.
