New Delhi: Mumbai-based Sunteck Realty Ltd has sold 125 flats worth Rs 200 crore in ‘Sunteck City’ in about three weeks.
The project is located at Oshiwara District Centre (ODC), Goregaon (West).It falls in the luxury category and is spread over 23 acres. It will have a mix of residential, retail and commercial development.
The company is expects to sell 90 percent of the apartments opened for sale with a total sales value of Rs 300-325 crore in a short span of time, it said in a statement.

The company’ consolidated net profit dropped 45 percent to Rs 30.23 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 54.66 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Its consolidated total income dropped 29 percent at Rs 141 crore for the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal as against to Rs 198 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
