New Delhi: Realty player Sushma Group will invest Rs 170 crore in a commercial project ‘Sushma Capital’ in Dhakoli, Zirakpur near Chandigarh.
The project will be spread over 6 acres of land and will have a total built up area of 3.5 lack square ft which will be a combination of high street retail, fine dining, entertainment, offices and business meeting spaces, according to a statement by the company.
It will be a low rise plaze having 350 stores will be ready by the end of 2020.
“The Real estate development is picking up pace in the region and Sushma Capital is Zirakpur’s first European styled project that is set to revolutionise the shopping experience of the people. Being situated at a strategic location the project will attract the residents of not just Zirakpur but the adjoining areas including Peermuchallah and Panchkula also,” said Prateek Mittal, Executive Director of Sushma Group.
Sushma group has started the possession of one of its commercial project ‘Sushma Infinium’.
