Managed workspace provider Table Space has launched a new 180,000 sq. ft. facility at Embassy Manyata Business Park on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road (ORR), further expanding its footprint in one of India’s most dynamic office corridors. The newly inaugurated centre, known as Table Space MFAR 2B, spans six floors (B+G+5) and is designed to cater to both custom-built and ready-to-move-in workspace demands from multinational corporations and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
The launch underlines continued demand for flexible, high-quality office infrastructure in Bengaluru’s tech-centric zones. The ORR corridor, home to a growing concentration of GCCs, offers businesses access to a thriving ecosystem that includes educational institutions, healthcare, retail, and residential facilities—making it an attractive destination for enterprises seeking holistic locational advantages.
This centre brings together both core offerings from Table Space: custom-built managed office spaces tailored for enterprise-grade specifications, and Suites by Table Space, its premium ready-to-move-in solution. These are positioned to support a wide range of enterprise needs across sectors such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, healthcare, and emerging technologies.
