The Guardians Real Estate Advisory sells properties worth Rs 318 cr on Akshay Tritiya

New Delhi: Mumbai-based Property consulting firm The Guardians Real Estate Advisory has generates sales worth Rs 318 crore for three realty projects on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya.

The non-broking, home grown firm The Guardians Real Estate Advisory sold properties at the a housing project in Thane, a commercial property -‘The Gateway’ by The Wadhwa Group at Mulund and a high-street retail project  called ‘Auris Galleria’.

The firm made video presentations and on the basis of this tech-driven sales, it garnered sales of Rs Rs.188 crores of business for the housing project, the comnay said in a statement.

“While the numbers are satisfying, we firmly believe that without the lockdown these numbers would have been a minimum 20 percent higher. These numbers also showcase the importance of auspicious days amongst the Indian homebuyers. We are observing willingness amongst customers to close transactions virtually, after understanding the product through video conferencing & verifying details on the RERA website. One of the most crucial reasons why customers went ahead with the online bookings was because of the subvention and price guarantee offer. We believe that the response we received on Akshaya Tritiya, for our projects, will lay ground for many such big-ticket online project launches in the days to follow,” said  Ram Naik, Executive Director, Sales & Distribution, The Guardians Real Estate Advisory.

The retail project is marketed by The Guardians Real Estate Advisory was sold through the Expression of Interest sales route.
