New Delhi: Three miscreants have been arrested in connection with property fraud by Gurugram Police.
They had forged documents of plots worth about Rs 50-60 crore, said the police officials.
The three thugs used to get false documents made and then transfer the properties in the name of their friends and relatives and then sell them to others.
The three people are Vibha from Faridabad, Lucky Uppal from Delhi and Rajendra from Gurgaon. Fake property documents, fake stamp papers Rs 10 lakh has been seized from the thugs, police said.
Rajendra and Vibha are property dealers and used to keep a tab on the vacant plots which owners did not visit the properties frequently then forge the documents of those plots to resell them later.
There were cases against them in various police stations in Gurugram including Sushant Lok Police Station.
Vibha has been produced in court by police and then sent to jail while the other two are still in police custody.
