New Delhi: Three startups offering tech-based solutions for real estate industry will be mentored and supported by IT industry body Nasscom and property consultant CBRE.
The startups – Touchwizard Technologies, XLSYS Technologies and WEGoT Utility Solutions, were declared winners of a joint competition started by Nasscom and CBRE in May this year, CBRE said in a statement.
“The shift in progressive real estate developers, investors and start-ups from placing technology at the periphery to the core is already beginning to happen. The future, however, will entail an amalgamation of human skills along with adoption of advanced technology in the real estate that will serve as an unbeatable combination for the growth of PropTech in the country,” said Srikanth Srinivasan, Head Membership, Nasscom.
“We wanted to create a platform in India that advocates PropTech and slowly but steadily walk towards creating a truly global experience for consumers in the Realty sector,” said Anshuman Magazine, Chairman and CEO, India and South East Asia, CBRE.
Chennai-based Touchwizard Technologies, which stood first in the competition, deals in manufacturing and trading of interactive boards, video projectors, projector screens, interactive floor systems, virtual field trip service and virtual reality kit trip services.
