New Delhi: Uniply Décor Ltd’s net profit fell to Rs 0.91crore for the first quarter ended June 2019 as compared to Rs 3.02 crore in the corresponding period fog the previous financial year, according to a regulatory filing.
The net sales of the company almost halved at Rs 23.88 crore for the latest quarter as compared to Rs 44.92 crore in the same quarter of last fiscal.
Srinivasan Sethuraman resigned from the Board of Directors and also from the position of Managing Director of the company with effect from 14th August. The company has appointed Nazeer Azam Sulthan as the Managing Director of the company with effect from 15th August.
