New Delhi: Realty firm Unitech Ltd has postponed its Board Meeting to 7 December for approving the financial results of the September quarter. The company had earlier intimated the BSE that it will hold its Board Meeting on 14 November for approval of the financial results of the September quarter.
“This is to inform that the newly inserted Regulation 33(3)(h) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, requires that the Company shall ensure that, for the purposes of quarterly consolidated financial results, at least eighty percent of each of the consolidated revenue, assets and profits, respectively, shall have been Subject to audit or in case of unaudited results, subject to limited review. The process to comply with the said Regulation is underway and the company needs more time for the same,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
