Urban Vault Leases 50,000 sq. ft. at Prestige Obelisk in Bengaluru CBD

Bengaluru-based Urban Vault, a managed flexible workspace provider, has leased approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of premium office space at Prestige Obelisk on Kasturba Road, located in the city’s Central Business District (CBD). Spanning three floors, the new facility will offer nearly 1,000 seats, catering to enterprise clients seeking high-end, centrally located workspaces.

The expansion aligns with Urban Vault’s broader strategy of partnering with high-quality real estate assets to meet rising demand for flexible work environments in core urban centres. With Bengaluru continuing to lead the country in office space absorption—particularly in the managed and flex segments—the new addition strengthens the company’s position in the market.

Urban Vault has leased the new space from KRPL Ventures LLP co-founders Mr. Zackria Hashim and Mr. Sadath Ali Kahan, who own multiple floors in the building. Founded in 2018, Urban Vault has grown from a 40-seat operation to managing over 30,000 desks across multiple cities and more than 2 million sq. ft. of office space. The company remains bootstrapped, having opted for self-funded growth to retain operational control. In FY 2024–25, it posted a turnover of ₹120 crore, with an 18% profit after tax and 30% EBITDA, reflecting its focus on sustainable profitability.
