WeWork Entering Noida Market With 3900 Co-working Seats

New Delhi: Co-working space provider WeWork is entering the Noida market in Delhi NCR in major way and plan to have 3900 seats spread over three facilities in the city in about 3 lack sq ft of space, according to media reports.

The company typically has seats in the price range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 40,000 and has found takers from large companies as well as freelancers and small startups. 

The company has leased 92,000 sq ft from Advant Tower in Noida, 1.4 lakh sq ft from Berger Group and 74,000 sq ft from Logix Group. 

We work is already present in other parts of Delhi NCR like Gurugram. In the Millennium City, WeWork has six co-working centres.  It also has 10 centres in Mumbai and one in Pune. It has 9 such facilities in Bengaluru. In all, it has about 46,000 seats. 

Noida has seen quite a few co-working facilities being set up in the last few months. Spaces, part of international co-working space provider IWG, has started a centre in Noida last month that is spread over 55,000 sq ft having a capacity of 500 people.
