Whiteland, Marriott Launch India’s First Westin-Branded Residences in Gurugram

Whiteland Corporation, a fast-emerging real estate developer in Delhi NCR, has announced the launch of Westin Residences Gurugram, in collaboration with Marriott International. The project marks the debut of the Westin brand in India’s residential real estate space and is positioned to become one of the country’s largest standalone branded residences.

Located in Sector 103 along the Dwarka Expressway, the development spans 7.78 hectares (approximately 20 acres) and will offer 1,700 three- and four-bedroom residences, ranging from 248 to 402 sq. m. (2,673 to 4,328 sq. ft.). The project is designed around a wellness-first concept, drawing on Westin’s Six Pillars of Well-being—Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well.

With a projected topline of ₹15,000 crore, the launch is a significant milestone in India’s luxury residential segment. The project’s strategic location provides excellent connectivity to Gurugram’s central business district, IGI Airport, South and West Delhi, the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, and the proposed Diplomatic Enclave.

The residences are inspired by biophilic architecture and elevated on stilts to allow uninterrupted green spaces throughout the campus. The design is led by a global consortium of specialists, including Architect Hafeez Contractor, Coopers Hill (landscape), BM&A (interiors), ASA (lighting), and Vintech Consultants (engineering).

Planned amenities include WestinWORKOUT® fitness centres, wellness-oriented culinary spaces, and a high-end clubhouse tailored for residents across age groups. The development targets discerning buyers, including high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and diplomats.

Navdeep Sardana, Founder of Whiteland Corporation, said the collaboration with Marriott reflects a shift in consumer expectations toward lifestyle-driven housing. “We’re not just building homes; we’re crafting transformative living experiences,” he noted.

John Hearns, Senior Vice President at Marriott International, added that the project is set to redefine premium living in India, aligned with the brand’s global wellness philosophy.
